Dear UC Alumni,

The biggest and most popular Party in Kuala Lumpur is back again !â

It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you to announce that the huge âNew Zealand Annual Dinner & Dance 2015â (NZADD 2015) will be held on :

Date : Saturday, 12 September 2015
Time : 7.00pm â 2.00am
Venue : Grand Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Please record it down in your diary as it has become a âmust go toâ event. In 2010, we first sold-out all of the 80 tables, and also in subsequent years, and we again expect to sell out in 2015 !!

The NZADD is known for âa world class entertainment programmeâ, and last year we had Shane Cortese and the Class of 58, who performed for 2 hours, and also Frankie Stevens, the great MC!

By popular demand, we are bringing back the Kiwi All Stars, who were very popular at the NZADD 2011, and they will perform 2 sets for a total of 2 hours, and also returning is Russell Harrison, the very popular MC who performed and sang for us all at the NZADD 2013.

Every year we receive an amazing amount of feedback from many Malaysians, and from many expatriates from the other International Chambers and Councils, and they all kindly comment that they consider that the NZADD is one of the most popular and largest annual events on the Kuala Lumpur Calendar every year !

As usual, there will be great New Zealand food, and a free flow of New Zealand wines, beer, soft drinks, kiwi fruit and mangosteen juices, will be provided throughout the evening and dancing continued until 02:00am. There will be great lucky draw prizes to be won, including the Top Lucky Draw Prize which is a Return Trip to New Zealand !

CIMB, Maybank, AmBank (3), Sime Darby (2), TNB (2), Dialog (8) and 40+ other companies kindly order tables every year â for 60 tables, and this year the MNZCC is optimistic to sell the remaining 20 tables, to sell-out at 80 tables, with the objective to sell-out every year from this year!!

By popular demand, we are bringing back the Lady Killers one more time, and they will perform 2 sets for a total of 2 hours.

Every year we receive an amazing amount of feedback from many kind Malaysians and a wide range of expatriates from the other International Chambers, about the great entertainment programme, fine dining, fine New Zealand wines, with a free flow of wines, beer, kiwi fruit and mangosteen juices, and soft drinks throughout the evening, and dancing until 2.00am.

They consider that the NZADD is one of the most popular and largest annual events every year on the KL Calendar!

There will also be the popular carpet auction, and great lucky draw prizes to be won, including a return ticket to New Zealand on Malaysia Airlines.

The NZADD became the biggest and most popular event on the KL Calendar in 2007, and it has averaged over 600+ guests for 6 years, and this year, we already have approaching 60 tables that have confirmed tables and tickets, and as mentioned above, they expect to sell-out at 80 tables.

HANNAH AZIZUDDIN CHALLENGE TROPHY 2010

1 MAY 2010, SATURDAY - CLEARWATER SANCTUARY GOLF RESORT

We are proud to present the ever Popular Golfing Day âHannah Azizuddin Challenge Trophy 2010â which is held at the Clearwater Sanctuary Golf Resort, near Ipoh each year. This year it will be held on Saturday 1 May 2010.

The trophy was jointly donated by Mr Timothy Hannah, a previous New Zealand High Commissioner based in Kuala Lumpur, and by Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datoâ Hj. Ahmad Azizuddin bin Hj. Zainal, a prominent Malaysian Businessman, who is a graduate from the University of Otago.

The trophy is a specially designed competition for 3 teams of golfers from The Malaysia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce, The Clearwater Sanctuary Golf Resort, and from the combined New Zealand University Alumnis in Malaysia.

We would like to encourage as many Members as possible, to participate in the event.
